Here at Always Fresh Cleaning, we use a 4 step process when it comes to completing a construction cleaning contract. By using our complete 4 step system, we guarantee a dust-free home for your clients; while also being able to provide a customizable plan for your team...
Rough Cleanup
Anytime Before Flooring
This Phase is the initial cleaning phase. This phase is usually completing during the construction process. It Includes the removal of large debris to prepare for a next phase of construction... Some builders will have multiple rough cleanups on a single project, others will skip it entirely and let their contractors "clean up after themselves" We highly advise our clients to avoid skipping this process by any means...
Final Cleaning
After All Fixtures and Finishes
Have Been Installed
This process is completed once all interior construction has been completed, including Paint, Tiles, Fixtures, Etc... All surfaces are completely wiped free of dust and the house is basically left in a habitable state...
Touch Up Cleaning
After Dust Settles
Not always a vital phase but sometimes, if a client skips a rough cleanup process; dust will be emitted from the vents causing a thin layer of dust to settle.
Exterior Cleaning
After Final Cleaning
This phase generally occurs along side the Final Cleaning Phase or is treated as a seperate phase altogether... It includes the cleaning of the exterior surfaces of the home and property. The scope of work usually includes pressure washing of siding and walkways, removal of all garbage, and cleaning of exterior windows.
